Returns


Arrangements for a return must be made within 15 days of the date you receive the item.

Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee (maximum $20.00), and shipping will not be refunded.

If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will use the price of an equivalent used item to determine the refund amount, and will charge the restocking fee mentioned above.

Outgoing and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are at fault, if you receive a broken item or incorrect item,we can refund.Alternatively,we will resend a new one and send it by DHL for free.

Please contact our support department for the returning address before sending anything to us. Please attach your order receipt or leave a note in the returning package to help us understand your purpose.

Warranty


Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include shipping, loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Warranty length is listed on each product description page,if not, the warrenty is 3 months.Warranty is limited to component failure. If a working item is returned, it is subject to our standard restocking fee.

If you believe you have received a defective component, please test it thoroughly before contacting us for a returning address.

Refund


  • Reduplicative orders: If you send two or more same orders at the same time by mistake, if we dont ship out them yet, we can refund you one or all of them as you quest.
  • Incorrect orders: If you want to cancel your orders, as long as we don't ship them out yet, we can send you the refund.
  • Pre-orders: If your order is a pre-order, before we send it out, we can send you full refund.
  • Defective items: When you receive the item,please check your item carefully, if you find your items are defective, please contact us in the first time and send back the items. We will check it out when we receive the return package. If it is a defective item, we will send a new item for you and we also can provide the full refund if you want.
  • Return orders: You want to cancel the order which we have sent out, please send it back when you receive it. We can send you part of the full money, because you need to pay for the shipping fee.
  • For return packages, we can not send refund unless we have received your return package.
