@Key Pel, Dude, this is a PIC and not Atmel, so cannot be updated at all. So just be happy with it and it will work just fine till you are on Firmware 3.41!!
Even Mine also was shipped Yesterday and I am expecting to receive it within 10 days time :) So we are in the same boat.....

Does anyone know if this is upgradeable? Atmel or PIC?
I ordered mine yesterday, they shipped it within 24 hours. I'm hoping I will get it in about 10 days or so.
